Refund Policy

All bookings with Feather & Fern Events & Catering are governed by the terms outlined in the signed Service Agreement.

 

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure an event date. Deposits may be transferred to a new date with sufficient notice, subject to availability, as outlined in the Service Agreement.

Cancellations & Payments

 

Cancellation terms, payment schedules, and pricing conditions are detailed in the Service Agreement provided during the booking process.

 

Alcohol Purchases

 

Where applicable, alcohol costs are billed separately at cost. Refunds for unopened alcohol are handled in accordance with the Service Agreement and applicable regulations.
