Booking Requests, Waitlist & Cancellation Policy Submitting a booking request does not reserve or guarantee your requested date. Your booking is considered confirmed only once availability has been verified by Feather & Fern Events & Catering, a final quote has been provided and accepted, and the required non-refundable deposit has been received.

If your requested date is currently unavailable, you may request to be added to our waitlist. Should availability open up, we will contact you; however, placement on the waitlist does not guarantee that the date will become available.

Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable. If a confirmed booking is cancelled, any additional payments made may be refundable depending on the amount of notice provided and any costs already incurred or commitments made by Feather & Fern Events & Catering on your behalf. Cancellations made close to the event date may result in some or all of the remaining balance becoming due, as outlined in your Service Agreement.

Feather & Fern Events & Catering reserves the right to cancel or suspend services where circumstances outside of our reasonable control make it unsafe, unlawful, or impracticable to provide the booked services. Any applicable refund or rescheduling options will be determined in accordance with the Service Agreement.
