🍾 Beverage Carts & Champagne Service 🥂 Elegant mobile beverage carts 🍻 Beer, wine, and champagne service ✨ Designed to improve event flow and reduce bar lineups - Pricing: Beverage Cart Rental: $250 Includes 2 hours of professional service and cleanup Wine or Beer Service: $4 per person Service is designed for events with 50+ guests. Includes 2 hours of service. Alcohol billed separately at cost. Champagne Ceremony Toast: $150 flat service fee A celebratory single pour of champagne for guests during or following the ceremony. Alcohol billed separately at cost. Beverage Cart Add-Ons: • Extra Hour of Service – $2 per person • Additional Beverage Cart + Server – $250 - Elevate your event with our beautifully styled beverage carts, designed to enhance guest flow, reduce bar congestion, and add a refined, celebratory touch. Perfect for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and large-scale events. For events with 100+ guests that include full bar service, we typically recommend at least one additional beverage cart to ensure efficient service and reduce lineups. Champagne carts are ideal for serving bubbly during or immediately following your ceremony, while wine and beer carts are perfect for cocktail hour or as supplemental service during peak bar periods. Beer service may be provided via cans, bottles, or draft, with our kegerator capable of accommodating two (2) 20L kegs at one time. - Please note: Glassware availability and quantities confirmed during planning. Glassware upgrades available for a fee. Alcohol cost not included in listed service pricing. Alcohol charged at cost; we do not profit off of the sale of alcohol. We will work with you to determine what product to serve based on your budget and preferences. Bundled pricing may be available when multiple services are booked together. - Alcohol & Special Occasion Permits: Under Ontario regulations, event hosts must obtain a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from the LCBO. Once your SOP is secured, Feather & Fern will order the alcohol in your name and invoice you at cost. We do not profit from alcohol sales. Your beverage selections and budget will be discussed in advance so we can tailor a drink menu suited to your event.
