Horse Trailer Mobile Bar A charming focal point for your celebration Bar Service Packages (Alcohol + Trailer Rental Charged Separately) Beer & Wine Service — $10 per guest (4 hours of service) Full Bar Service with 1–2 signature cocktails — $14 per guest (4 hours of service) Signature Horse Trailer Bar Rental — $900 Beverage Cart Rental — $250 Pricing is subject to minimums. What’s Included: • Consultation to determine budget and beverage selections • Smart Serve certified bartender(s) • 4 hours of bar service (additional hours can be added for a fee) • Setup and teardown • Mixers, garnishes, and ice • Pop, soda, and iced tea • Infused water station • Glassware rental (wine, beer, cocktail, champagne glasses included) • Cocktail consultation and custom menu signage • Travel within 20 km of St. Catharines (additional mileage available) Alcohol & Special Occasion Permit (SOP) Under Ontario regulations, event hosts must obtain a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from the LCBO. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process! Once your SOP is secured, Feather & Fern Events & Catering will order the alcohol in your name and invoice you at cost. We do not profit from alcohol sales. Your beverage selections and budget will be discussed in advance so we can tailor a drink menu suited to your event. Alcohol is billed separately under your SOP. Why It’s Cost-Effective Many venues charge $40–60 per guest for open bar service. Our full service packages are just $14 per person. The trailer rental fee and alcohol are not included in this amount. By choosing Feather & Fern, you avoid: • Venue markup • Per-glass billing • Corkage fees • Restrictions on brands • Glassware upgrade charges For larger events, adding a wine/beer cart can improve guest flow. Bundled pricing may be available for multi-service bookings.
