Elevate your event with our collection of elegant & rustic rentals (being thoughtfully designed and handcrafted presently!). Each piece is thoughtfully designed to complement vineyard venues, estate properties, and outdoor celebrations. All rental pricing is per day (12-hour rental). 1) Signature Wooden Ceremony Arch: A timeless, handcrafted rectangular wood arch in a warm walnut stain. Perfect for vineyard ceremonies, garden weddings, and elegant outdoor celebrations. 8 ft tall x 7 ft wide Solid wood construction Optional ivory draping and floral installation available Arch: $150 2) Rustic Wooden Welcome Signs (Custom Cricut Lettering) Custom wood signage created specifically for your wedding. The easel is a rental, the sign is yours to keep! Lettering is professionally cut and applied using high-quality vinyl. No chalk smudging, no weather issues. Perfect for: Welcome signs Seating charts Signature drink menus Unplugged ceremony signs Custom Welcome Sign (24x36”): $100 Additional custom boards: Starting at $75 3) Individual Wine Barrel Cocktail Tables $85 per barrel table (Set of 4: $300) 4) Wine Barrel / Folding Table Wood Table Toppers (8ft Long Top) Two wine barrels or 1 folding table topped with a solid rectangular wood tabletop, perfect for grazing displays, drink stations, or gift tables. $175 per table (includes 2 wine barrels) $90 per table (includes 1 folding table) 5) Wooden Muskoka Chairs $25 per chair (Set of 4: $90) 6) Aisle Sign Chalkboard Easels or Large Glass Vintage Windows Solid wood easels designed with chalkboard paint to customize your own signage at the ceremony entrance. Alternatively, the large antique glass windows are great for seating arrangements written with whiteboard markers. $30 each 7) Lantern & String Light Posts Handcrafted wood posts designed to line aisles, frame ceremony spaces, or create a warm, romantic glow for evening cocktail hours. Each post can be styled with either hanging lanterns with candle or Café-style string-lights. Single Post: $40 Set of 4 Posts: $150 Set of 8 Posts: $280 8) Patio Lounge Setup A covered patio-style lounge. Includes a wood patio cover with coordinated outdoor furniture underneath, styled with integrated lighting and faux hanging greenery. Lighting and greenery included. All other décor not included. Cancellation Policy
Submitting a booking request does not reserve or guarantee your requested date. Your booking is considered confirmed only once availability has been verified by Feather & Fern Events & Catering, a final quote has been provided and accepted, and the required non-refundable deposit has been received. If your requested date is currently unavailable, you may request to be added to our waitlist. Should availability open up, we will contact you; however, placement on the waitlist does not guarantee that the date will become available. Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable. If a confirmed booking is cancelled, any additional payments made may be refundable depending on the amount of notice provided and any costs already incurred or commitments made by Feather & Fern Events & Catering on your behalf. Cancellations made close to the event date may result in some or all of the remaining balance becoming due, as outlined in your Service Agreement. Feather & Fern Events & Catering reserves the right to cancel or suspend services where circumstances outside of our reasonable control make it unsafe, unlawful, or impracticable to provide the booked services. Any applicable refund or rescheduling options will be determined in accordance with the Service Agreement.
